closely with relevant government agencies and manufacturers,
to ensure that the right standard of goods and services
are delivered to meet the health and safety needs
of consumers.
The Consumer Rights Advocacy League (CRAL) has
a primary objective to assist and educate Nigerian
Consumers and providers of goods and services about
consumer protection laws. CRAL’s secondary
objective is to ensure that consumer transactions
are conducted in a fair and equitable manner and
that genuine producers and merchants are protected
from unjustified complaints.

the United Nations (UN) Consumer Protection Guidelines
