The Consumer Rights Advocacy League (CRAL) has a primary objective to assist and educate Nigerian Consumers and providers of goods and services about consumer protection laws. CRAL’s secondary objective is to ensure that consumer transactions are conducted in a fair and equitable manner and that genuine producers and merchants are protected from unjustified complaints.

Our vision is to be the greatest and the most dependable provider and advocate for policies and information that are favourable to consumers, in line with the United Nations (UN) Consumer Protection Guidelines of 1985.
