WHAT SHOULD YOU DO ?
Complete and provide us with a Complaint Form so we
have the information in writing about the problem.
We will contact the organization in writing asking
for the facts from their point of view. Expert volunteer
mediators then work with both the consumer and the
organization to reach a satisfactory resolution. If
the company does not cooperate, or fails to resolve
a complaint satisfactorily after several requests,
the consumer is advised of other options. Consumer
Rights Advocacy League gives legal advice; and also
provides consumer information and options for alternative
resolution.
Take Legal Action.
If your dispute remains unresolved, you may want to
seek legal advise to decide whether or not you should
pursue your claim in court.
